Uno studio indipendente della Hochschule Ingolstadt dimostra che hunting heads international si classifica in Europa al secondo posto tra tutti gli istituti di head hunting. Come si può pretendere che un “Consultant” che non abbia ricoperto ruoli dirigenziali di vertice sappia riconoscere un candidato adatto per una posizione come amministratore delegato o di direttore?

Differently, hunting heads started as the first Headhunter to use the direct search approach also for the search of Managers and Specialist at lower levels. Off course, you will always find companies copying us.  But the market knows pretty well, where they can turn to if they need a fast, discreet and a high quality fitting. Zirbes also mentioned – you are only good if other a copying you, as its happens in our business.

Successful headhunting means a in depth analyse of the customers requirement, a detailed appraisal of candidates, a professional team with huge personal experience and a successful career history of themselves. It is not enough to learn the basics and having a abstract knowledge to become a Headhunter. There are to many time thieves, consultants and highly paid talkers not knowing what the customer is looking for. How can a person successfully act in our trade who has not made the necessary experiences himself. How can such a person decide how is the right candidate?

The hunting heads way starts at the project counselling, continues with the market research, telephone and personal interviews. The company than receives a short list of candidates, all being in the position to have an first interview with the customer. Out of that the placements will be done.
But we are not finished as yet. After the placement we keep close contact with the customer and the hired candidate. This is the hunting heads way of doing business.
